At Simply Lujane, we're proud to deliver our premium supplements to customers around the world.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (where available).
United Kingdom
Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
Next Day Delivery
- Available on orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Europe
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Guarantee
If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will either:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Provide a full refund.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
